Amy is the absolute best Barre instructor I’ve ever had. She gives perfect instructions, knows how to fix your positions to get the best possible workout and truly understands how the female body moves. I wish she had more classes with studio move! I would come workout with her everyday!

StudioMove in Hidden Springs is a BEAUTIFUL studio with a welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Tawnya, is inviting and friendly. The instruction is solid and not “cookie cutter” like many of the chain yoga studios. I love practicing there!

Every class I have taken here is such a positive experience. Even as a beginner, you can really enjoy yourself and grow. Not to mention the space is very clean! Highly recommend Crystal!

I LOOOOVE Studio Move!! It’s a judgement free environment with AMAZING classes & AMAZING instructors!! I really like taking the dance classes, specifically Shana’s!! She has a killer workout and the best vibes, that make you for a great experience!! Love taking her class week to week!! ❤️❤️
