We love the sensory playce! We come there at least once a month. Everything is clean and nice for the kids. They are really understanding and work with the needs of children with different sensory issues. There’s even a calming room for kids who get overstimulated. It’s fun for kids who aren’t on the spectrum too, my neurotypical daughter loves it and prefers it to jumptime and urban air and some of the other places.

The Sensory Playce is amazing and I can’t say enough good things. The owner is knowledgeable and compassionate, the equipment is fun. My kids *love* going to play there to gat all their wiggles out. 11/10 would recommend.

This is such a unique facility that is much needed for so many children in Idaho. As the founder of Idaho's first universally accessible playground (Adventure Island Playground inside Meridian's Settler's Park), I am so grateful for this continued attention to kids with disabilities and special health care needs. You all are amazing and we're thankful you are here!

The lady at the front counter was incredibly rude when we came in with my service dog. At first, she attempted to deny is entrance, but quickly changed her tune when I stated my dog is a registered service animal. She stated my dog needed to have booties so that her claws wouldn't damage the flooring. However, there were three other large dogs inside the play area that didn't have these "necessary" booties and we're also off-leash. We came to get a tour of the facility, but we're abruptly silenced when we noticed the other dogs and mentioned the inconsistency in the requirements for dogs. She also laid hands on my child without permission (my child does NOT like to be touched). This place charges $40/month for a couple of swings, a small trampoline, a zip-line, and some rubber floors. There are so many other places that a person could go that would result in better play options at a much lower price. If I could give this place a negative-number review, I WOULD.Replying to the business' reply:Wow.....Your primary response didn't even attempt to address your staff's rude attitude whatsoever. You seem more interested in attempting to discriminate against my service dog, rather than acknowledge your staff's behavior. My service dog is professionally trained, service-certified and USSDR registered, and I can provide proof. As to whether or not a service animal has access to a business - service animals DO, whereas companion animals do NOT. It's against ADA laws to deny entrance.I was more than willing to comply with the request to cover my dog's feet so as not to damage your flooring. I saw that as a reasonable request, considering the environment. My child also removed their shoes prior to entering the play area. I also chose not to take my dog into the play area so as not to cause any issues. Yes, your staff member did touch my kid when she escorted them into the play area by touching them on the shoulder.I did not personally see the other dogs in question, but my kid saw it and then told me about the dogs. I see absolutely no reason why my child would lie about something like that. As soon as my child saw the dogs, your staff member quickly redirected my kid out of the play area. Also, please do not assume any child's gender. While I can appreciate the services you offer for the neurodivergent youths in our area, there was absolutely no reason for us to be treated the way we were. We came to your establishment with plans to join the membership program. If this is how you treat new clients, I don't see your business lasting very long.Second Reply: I have attempted to email this business at the given email address given by the owner (via their reply to my review) and all of my emails have been bounced back stating there's no such email address. I've double-checked the email address both through the response given here, and their website, and I've emailing the correct address (even though there was a typo in the review response). Perhaps a different way of contacting the owner to discuss this further will be given (I do hope so to get this situation clarified).*** After receiving the condescending and elitist email from the owner of this business, I definitely won't be removing my review. It's only solidified my observations that this place is not a good place to do any sort of therapy.

This place is amazing! The staff are professional and friendly and go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one. Everything is clean and they continue to clean throughout the day. We couldn't be happier with our experiences with the Sensory Playce and would give them 10 stars if we could.

My daughter found a swing she loved and I think she was carried away to her happy place, in the stars with the fairies and rainbows. It’s a magical place where each kid will find a spot that speaks to them. Thank you! We will be back!!

This is a wonderful place to bring any young children- for sensory needs or just to get wiggles out. Owner and staff work hard to keep the facility clean. My kids love coming here!
