I have been working here for 18 years. I enjoy my co-workers as well as the members I have met in class. Edwards offers a variety of classes to fit your needs. Staff on the fitness end are experienced in meeting your concerns and needs.

Thanks Anne in member services for helping me out with a few guest passes during the polar vortex when my gym just seemed too far away! Edwards is a nice addition that makes Seven Bridges a great place to live!

I love this place! It's my respite and oasis...I especially enjoy the wide array of classes. My favorite is Warm Water Sampler, acquasize in a temperature controlled pool. I was down 45 lbs after 6 months of this class and support from a nutritionalist.

The gym is good but not family friendly. They have a nice gym just for kids but they rent it out 5 nights a week for volleyball. You pay for the facilities and your kids can't use any of the amenities other than the pool and the gym when it is not booked. Has more of a community center feel than a private health club.

I came to this Fitness Center for the PT. I enjoyed and found it helpful to come. I was happy that there was a Kids care. I was able to concentrate on my well being while my son was playing & socializing with kids his age. My therapist I had is Jocile. She is great! The two women at the front desk, Connie and Cheryl are great too!! Thank you!!

I can’t not say enough about how much I love this place. This is definitely one of the best gym I have ever been. Great classes, friendly stuffs, clean amenities and wonderful kids care. Because the job relocation of my husband, we have to cancel the membership, and the manager is really helpful during my cancellation. We have great memories here and definitely gonna miss here a lot.

I absolutely love this place. It's changed my life for the better. I cannot say enough good things about their childcare. The childcare staff is absolutely amazing. I don't have to be worried when I drop my kids off, I know they are in capable and loving hands with their staff. The kids' area is always clean and well organized and their kids classes are engaging and of course adorable. My son has become much more social in just a few weeks of attending regularly. The kids' pool is huge, clean and warm. Not to mention all the adult amenities. I highly recommend it here. It is worth every penny, especially if you have children.

The walking track the easy on your feet. Clean all kinds on weight and programs. Great place.

Everything one would need for a fitness activity. Staff is friendly. Equipment is safe and pleantiful. Could use an overall on the locker rooms.
