I’m a trucker I go to planet fitness all across the country. This is by far the work location equipment wise, I don’t know what is it about this location but I can never run on the treadmill at this location. It feels like I’m going to fall on every treadmill machine here. The equipment is old!

They have improved a lot in the last few months and made the place friendlier. I see employees cleaning more frequently and had a concern recently that was taken seriously, which I appreciate. I know what other reviews say about rude employees but I've noticed that some changes have been made to the staff. I feel comfortable going here and I think the price is right for what is offered.

They will not let me cancel my membership without showing up in person. I live out of the country now and am testing to cancel but they would not let me.BBB is my next stop

Garbage- never was able to scan my phone to go in. Walken in to get problem resolved. Left couple notes for management to activate acct. After 6 months of paying it. Cancelled acct. Smh
