They do not have prices posted online. Sounds like a scam over priced if anything.

Great gym, you feel very comfortable here. The pool area is very clean and relaxing. They have a therapy pool, jacuzzi, sauna ,steam room and lap pool as well as a designated kids pool area. They offer child care services as well. Lots of machinery and class offerings. Well worth the monthly membership and it's not terribly crowded. If your anxious about the gym you won't be here, it's very welcoming and has all shapes and sizes just trying to be healthier. Check it out!

I work out here often and train with Kyle. He has been great to work with. Challenges me and helps me to meet my goals. I feel better and stronger than I have in a while. The facility is well equipped and staff members are helpful and friendly. Overall it is clean. Recently they have made some needed repairs. I could do without Fox News always playing even though it is only one television (1 too many!).

I find myself at this location because the EEHFC Naperville location closed down. Overall, this is a nice facility and the staff is friendly. They have a nice kids' area including camps at spring and summer breaks, which I would imagine my son will utilize. My issue is the babysitting hours are not very convenient. They close at 6:30 p.m. as opposed to 7 p.m. at the Naperville location, close at noon on Saturdays, and closed entirely on Sunday. One day while I was touring the facility, I spoke with the supervisor of the kids area. She was very friendly and helpful, and said they are looking at extending hours to accommodate the extra kids that may be transferring over. That was several weeks ago and there has been no update. I called last week to find out when she would know something as the time has come to switch to that location, but my phone call was not returned. I followed up with Steve, the director, and left a message stating I would appreciate a return phone call to provide an update. That was several days ago and I still have not heard back. I would still like to hear what is the update and if they don't know yet, when do they expect to know?I understand the announcement regarding the closure of the Naperville facility was rather sudden so it takes time to put a plan in place, but it has been a month now. What is the plan going forward to extend the hours for the kids area, including staying open past 6:30 p.m., extending hours on Saturday, and/or opening on Sunday? For the parents who work during the day, the Naperville location closing at 7 p.m. already made it tight. Closing at 6:30 p.m. makes it next to impossible to use that service.

So far I really like this place. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. It's overall nice inside. Amenities are great. The place is kinda run in a really old school fashion. Lots of options tho they're lacking some machines I would think are staples in any gym/health club... For example I have yet to find a calf machine. Not that I can't accomplish what I need to with what's available it's just an example. So far though I'm very happy with the facility.Update:Month 3 and nothing has changed. Still really like the place.

I went to the Naperville location for years When the officious dictators there promulgated that I was required to wear a covid mask WHILE I WORKED OUT ON THE TREADMILL, I left and never went back. I am delighted to hear Naperville is closing, they must have lost most of their membership with that RIDICULOUS decree!

I enjoy this place and like most of the staff that I interact with. However, at times the staff can be rude, especially when they want you to get out of the gym at closing time. The other issue with this gym is that some of the equipment never gets fixed. I have given up writing complaints. It does not take too much to walk around and make sure everything is working. Another thing that boggles my mind is why the Cardio machines get turned off 10-15 minutes before close. When I tell the Fitness person on duty about something not working, I am told that he is too low on the totem pole to get anything done. There are other much less expensive options around. I am considering LA Fitness. They have longer hours and I am hoping that the machines are in good order.
