The worst customer service experience. Called and asked them to put a hold on my account but when I checked my bank statement they charged me which they said they wouldn’t do. Asked for a refund and four phone calls later and being on hold for 20 minutes, they tell me that they aren’t refunding my money. Don’t go here. Update: 1 week later and another charge on my account! They literally don’t care when I call and they’re basically taking unauthorized money.

I currently can’t use this gym since I can only work out after my child is in bed for the night. The closing time during the week is 9pm. I had switched from LA Fitness to Planet Fitness because the former gym’s limited hours were a problem for me (the Freedom Dr. location in Naperville reduced their weekday closing time from midnight to 11:00pm a couple of years ago). PF was a 24-hour gym at the time. I do workouts at home for now and hope PF expands their hours soon.The gym is a great value for the money, offering all of the equipment the average Joe/Jane could ever need for strength training and cardio. Weights get plenty heavy and there are cardio machines that focus on upper and/or lower body. Machines are well maintained and the whole facility is kept clean. As for the music, I enjoy it when PF takes a break from the bland, over-produced modern pop and hip-hop songs to play hits from the 90’s. That was a pleasant surprise when I first started coming here.Overall, a good gym when it is accessible.

This place is awesome. Everyone is friendly. The classes are terrific. Dariante is a great trainer. Bathrooms and all areas are kept clean. Lots of machines and TVs so there is never a wait!

Way too small. Couldn't accommodate all the people who were there. Didn't even have chairs to sit on by the bar. Wouldn't take reservations unless you had parties of 4 or more. No room to even stand!! Too small to accommodate the more popular bands!

The bathrooms need more maintenance done to them; the showers are almost always bad on every occasion I use them and I visit here 2-3 times a week. I love this facility though, especially after a nice skate session.

I just moved out to Bolingbrook, and luckily there was a PF 2 mins away from my new home. This gym is clean, in a good location and the staff are very friendly. The equipment isn’t as nice as the one back where I’m from, and there are some that are out of order.. but that’s not really a huge issue to me. The tanning beds are nice, too. Overall, I like it a lot. :)

Employees are trying to keep it clean and nice, but they dont ask people to wear masks or clean after themselves until I went and complaint about them. plenty of people dont wear mask when they move from one side to another or walk around. My suggestion is to find those and suspend thier membership for risking others.

Very clean. GREAT value. (massage and tanning beds included for less than $25!) As many or more machines than everywhere else nearby--including a circuit training area. The only reason I don't give 5 is because free weights & dumbbells are not as extensive (or heavy) as some will want. I think that's what they're going for though.

I miss visiting since I'm high risk during Covid 19. I can not wait too come back soon. The facility is very clean. There is always room to work out. So many choices for equipment. I have access to the app so that is nice. This location is in a safe place. I like that as a woman Im safe entering and leaving. Thumbs up.

It's close to my work, and has other convient locations that i can also go to, its always really clean and the people are very friendly
