Planet fitness is a very good gym. The cost for what you receive is awesome. I have the VIP membership and you get awesome perks, especially the hydro massage chair! The place is clean and the staff are very helpful.

This is a great gym that has excellent equipment. I also love the massage chairs! The customer service is also very exceptional. Very friendly and respectful staff. Facility is always clean. Im happy I chose this gym.

I want to emphasize that I HAVE NOT SEEN THE STAFF STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING. they are constantly working diligently keeping the facility clean. The paper towels are always well stocked in the workout areas and especially the women's washrooms. I can't speak for the men's because I am female and have not ever gone into the men's washroom. The machines are always spotless/very clean. I really love going to the Bolingbrook facility on Weber Road. Since i started back working out again. I didn't know what to expect. But I was greeted with the biggest smile from the young black man with glasses at the front desk that afternoon on a Wednesday, June 30th. I would like to recognize him. Would recoomend him as employee of the month. If you have programs like employee of the month, he earned & well deserved this reward/incentive. He is an excellent representation of your company. I have been recommending the facility in Bolingbrook on Weber Road since I first joined in 2019.

It has pretty much everything I want to use... it's clean, staff is really friendly. Not usually crowded when I go... only thing I would like more is if they would have TVs on every machine individually and more stretching area with another sanitizing station or two on each side of that area... that's pretty much it... =)

Friendly Staff and members. It is always clean and kept up well. Lots of machines and free weight stations to choose from as well.

Employees afraid of asking non mask wearers to adhere by club standards. When asked why they weren't confronting, the simple response was '...blah blah blah....I only have two eyes...'. This and the extreme lack of professionalism, flippant customer service and disrespect toward elders (by some of the employees) made me go to the competition.

The staff at the Bolingbrook Planet Fitness is phenomenal! They are friendly and they work hard to make sure the place is clean and disinfected. Keep up the good work!!

I was a member of planet fitness located at 157 N Weber road in Bolingbrook IL. My husband was a member as well but canceled two moths prior. Today my husband went in this location to dispute charges made to his banking account while I sat in the car. A few minutes later I get a call from my husband asking me to please come in. When I got in, he explained that planet fitness has billed his cards 3 times for charges he shouldn't have incurred. When he ask the lady Katy to explain why she said that they were overdraft fees from his bank. The charges were clearly from planet fitness. After going back and forth with her and getting no clear explanation he then began to explain the situation to another who seemed like she would help. He was the told not to talk to her and they were calling the police. After he explained this to me I asked for the lady's name. She told me Katy. I asked for her store managers name and contact information and she refused to give it to me. I then asked for the number for corporate and their store number and she refused. By this time the police arrived. Katy explained her side and my husband explained his. The police asked her how can we get this resolved if they are not allowed too give out management information or corporate information. She said you email us. Even the police chuckled and say so if they have a dispute with you they should email you and hope you send the complaint on? How do they have proof that its been forwarded. The police were on our side and told my husband to dispute with his bank. As we are leaving Katie tells me that her manager said for her to cancel my membership. Why? Because I asked for coporate information and the names of employees? Jon Rosenbaum told her to cancel my membership for requesting higher management to get this resolved. I was not irate, didnt even raise my voice and I have video as proof. My contract shows canceled for violating policy. What policy did I violate? I will be pursuing legal action.

They are enforcing mask requirements now. Everyone wipes down machines after use. Employees clean machines frequently. This is about as safe as a public gym is going to get.
