As I walked into this planet fitness I was hit with a wave of an atrocious stench. I asked the front desk what is going on and they said they don’t know but they are working on a fix ( bless them, I do not know how they have employees working in that kind of environment) I could not stand to stay in the gym for more then 5 minutes as the smell got stronger and just radiated through the entire gym. Recycled egg sewer smell throughout the entire facility. It’s a shame that they could not even place air fresheners in the gym. After I left I was nauseous for an hour and ended up throwing up. Please planet fitness do something about the smell.

I would like to see weighing scale and working massage chair.The light in the stretching room is a no - no to me when you lay down facing ceiling it’s not comfy to the eyes . Covid is over so they should have trainer back but not just in the morning only Other then that it’s all good & friendly environment

I am an upgraded Black Card Member and I politely asked a staff member to let me use the microwave to heat up food, she refused. Very inconsiderate and unhelpful to loyal customer.

If you want to learn self defense or just get in better shape, then this is the place to go. The people there are very welcoming and regardless of your skill/ fitness level, you will fit right in.

It's what you expect. I am not sure the extent to which PFs differ from one another, but this has plenty of space, loads of cardio and weight training machines, and dedicated areas for the quick workout and PF360.

Carolina, the store manager here threatened to have police escort out my black friend because simply because she didn’t like her. Walked in and scanned, Carolina said something about billing info but after advising her to check she confirmed there was no balance. She then continued to antagonize and harass us because she said we were disrespectful for not smiling and saying please and thank you to her. This is the worst planet fitness ever, please read the other reviews before joining here. My friend also posted a review while at the gym and we saw carolina requesting it to be deleted while cancelling our membership

Horrible. Manager threatened police because she is intimidated by black people. She should not be a manager and needs to be fired or re-trained immediately. I do not recommend this place, it is small with limited machines and a million treadmills. Couple that with the terrible management and this is hands down the worst gym I've ever been to
