Went there last week and me and group got kicked out. Funny thing the mean white woman worker only picked a few of us out from the whole group and told us we couldn't be there. Worst gym worst employees.

this is a nice gym i’m a black card member and go to plenty different ones.. this gym sells aquafina water bottles that are smaller than the planet fitness water bottles for the same price. so basically they sell less water than other PF gyms for the same price (i pay $1 and it’s no big deal i’m just an observant person) they also tax for the purchase. i paid $2.17 for my 2 water bottles (again no big deal) but i’m just confused as to why this gym is the only gym that’s EVER taxed me for a purchase. i’ve never paid extra cents for any of my water bottles. so i’m just wondering if this is their way to come up on their customers in a small way. i literally buy water all the time for $1.00 or $2.00 never $2.17. i just thought i’d point that out. they’re also the only gym that i’ve gone to that does not accept apple pay. lolz (i’ve gone to fox, danada, west chicago, carol stream, bloomingdale, naperville, st charles, and quite a few more n never seen this before. the tax or the no apple pay) this is not an issue with the staff or anything. like i said im just an observant person and noticed these things here at the plainfield location off 59 were different than any other gym that i’ve gone to.

People are amazing at what they do. Just coordinate yourself when cleaning. Counts are very critical when on moving machinery. Be courteous on their surroundings. This is critical...and hazardous

This location has seen different management over the years and fitness 1 is definitely the best. The equipment has mostly remained the same. Definately a no bs gym. Great place to work your butt off everyone is super friendly too.
