very clean place with friendly staff! never TOO busy, but generally a steady crowd and have yet to see a "machine hog." aside from strength and cardio stations they also offer tanning, hydro massage, kneading massage chairs, and red light therapy (although i have never used the tanning or red light therapy to say how well it works) and also offer training classes and beverages/snacks for purchase. the one thing that its missing is either a steam room or a sauna. plenty of parking and easy to get to, definitlely a great place to get in a good workout!

I think a 6am open on weekends would be a nice but the clubs are usually clean and friendly

Always have a good workout here. Prefer going mid-day due to more high school kids that go in the pm and just sit on the machines. But overall it is still a good place. Open 24 hrs except for Friday 10pm close time and Saturday 7pm close time.

I like that it’s not busy all the time. I can get a tanning bed, machine or massage chair on my bad days. The locker room/bathroom’s are so clean.
