I always say hi to the person at the desk when i come in. Theres one girl that will never acknowledge me and its rude. No squat racks, so if that's something you're looking forward to, find a different gym. They have a free teen membership going on for the summer, so youre sure to be waiting for a piece of equipment while groups of teens use it as a hangout spot.

Kind of obnoxious that there’s only one pec deck machine. There’s ALWAYS a line of people trying to use it. Also no incline chest press machines which every other location has. This is definitely the worst PF location I’ve been to for lifting weights.

My main complaint is just how TINY this one is!! I felt super uncomfortable trying to stretch in the designated area with others extremely close working out next to me. 😬This facility is really clean, but it seems that the machines are probably due to be updated. (Probably not on the list with my home one in Crest Hill having just been remodeled, the newer one in New Lennox, and the brand new one that just opened up on Jefferson in Joliet.)I witnessed the employees doing their due diligence of cleaning, just maybe not as much as I see at the bigger ones.This is the closest to me, however it is so cramped I'm just not comfortable to go back there.Staff was friendly and welcoming that day.

The staff at this location are always going above and beyond to make sure that everything is clean and everything is functioning properly. It’s usually not too busy and you almost never have to wait for a machine more than a few min. The only thing it’s missing is a bench and squat rack
