We got very bad experience in weaber xsport fit Ness I sing my son for 3 months for whit loss Tyler promise me but my son wit increased 20 lbs and they taking many also before finish the months and without asking they to the money so I got very very bD experience if someone thinks sing don't sing to this location

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO DEAL WITH THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They charged me when they weren’t even open due to covid. I have been trying to cancel and even wrote them a letter to cancel and nothing has been done! Also the equipment here is very old, no one cleans the machines and the staff could care less. Going back to planet fitness as soon as they give me my money back!!

TRYING to cancel my membership for the past 3 months now, they still bill me, I’ve called and complained multiple times and seems to be doing nothing, no email that I can use to contact someone professional! Manger seems to only be there on MONDAYS and no other day, went in 4 times to cancel and nothing seems to work, don’t bother coming here if you want good customer serviceUpdate: after getting the usual bot response with a email I decided to email them and to my surprise no response at all! Please if you value your money and great costumer service do not come here, take your money elsewhere

I’ve been coming here for years and have been a member that also has partaken in private training sessions. Out of the xsports I’ve been to second to Naperville, it has mostly been a clean location. My personal trainer is the best and we’ve even became close friends, he helped train me to pass my cpat, which is required to be hired on most worthwhile fire departments. Over 50% of women fail it, I passed it. However, there is virtually no adherence to state or local mask protocols, and it’s kind of a free for all. Leadership is non-existent. From the top to the bottom none of the leadership wears any face masks. There’s a male trainer and a female trainer whom I’ve seen around wearing their masks and I commend them. But they are literally the only ones I’ve seen wear one. This has made me second guess my membership and the sole reason why I still hold a membership here is because of the personal trainer whom I’ve forged a friendship withIt’s sad that xsport corporate has one mission statement and policy on their homepage about precautions they’ve taken, and for it to not be reflected here. Their homepage says all staff members must wear a mask, and I’ve yet to see that. It’s not my rule, it’s literally on the xsport page regarding safety precautions.

Personally this gym is all about money always trying to sell you something you don’t want, I’ve gotten charged for a membership that I canceled 6 months ago called corporate to try and get refunded but robbed me of my money and only refunded 21.95 to me that’s all they could do for me, hate this gym and wouldn’t recommend any one to start a membership. Corporate and staff can go...... yourselves.

Absolutely horrible, and I mean horrible. If you do anything, do not sign up for this gym. They gipped me into a dollar trial in which using my card, and then preceded to tell me that I could cancel before being charged if I needed to. Trying out the gym, I realized it wasn't for me and asked to cancel the membership. Then, like stated in MANY previous reviews, these cons told me I couldn't cancel and that I would be forced to get charged $40 for only going into the gym ONCE. I am taking my complaint up with corporate and do not want another innocent gym goer to get robbed like me and my friends have. if I can tell you one thing, STAY AWAY from these CONS.

March 2020, I tried to cancel my membership. Went in and talked to Carlos who is the manager. Carlos is the only one who can cancel your membership. Go through the process and he doesn't cancel it yet tells you he will in person. I plan on reporting to the better business bureau. I filed a complaint with my credit card company for the charge that I should not be charged. I then received a voicemail confirmation from Carlos in March that my account was canceled. I have the voicemail still saved! I stopped being Charged. THEN IN AUGUST I START GETTING CHARGED AGAIN.UPDATE I AM STILL GETTING CHARGED! Fraudulent Charges! I need help! Some one from corporate needs to contact me. I talk to MAX the manager and he refused to talk to me. Told his coworker to tell me to call Corporate. Very professional right? My bank now has fraudulent charges investigation on x sport.Update Just wrote NBC 5 investigates. Thankfully I saved the voicemail of Carlos from last March stating my membership was being canceled.

Do not even think about going to this gym, for anything. I am a college student and told them that I was looking for a gym in a summer for when I come back. They were so kind to offer me a 7 day trial, making it explicitly clear I can cancel whenever before these 7 days were over. When I try and cancel they say I can not do it over the phone, and my emergency contact can't either! Straight up going to get my money unfairly taken from me, money that I barley even have.
