The facility is clean and current. The only down fall is they don't have a sauna like the Bolingbrook location does.

Pros:-Nice sized gym with a lot of equipment and amenities-Fairly nice location-Nice music playlistCons:-After being a regular for a year, I have yet to see any staff members clean... well anything-Honor system for wiping down equipment (you'd better wipe it down before and after if you can find a towel and spray bottle)-Sauna sometimes smells like something is burning-No "private" rooms or anywhere with a lot of open space if you plan on doing something like stretching or shadow boxing or anything as suchOverall:It's an good gym if you want to go on a run or lift a few weights to stay in shape. It will work for anyone looking to get big as well. Just be careful of the cleanliness. If you want to be active in the non-conventional manners (such as yoga), then you have 2 options. Sign up for their classes with the instructors (who remind me of a youtube tutorial) or go to a park or somewhere that'll have enough open space for you do what you want to do.

This company is fraudulent!!! I have had to go through their rigorous and unnecessarily tedious cancelation process not once but TWICE now because they have charged me for additional month's of membership. If you are thinking of becoming a member I hope your willing to be a member for life, because no matter how many times you cancel or "freeze" your account they will start charging you again the next year. My credit card information and money should not be help hostage because I haven't mailed in a physical cancelation document. In this day in age how a company cant cancel a membership via email or over the phone speaks volumes on how inefficiently this company is run. DO NOT JOIN!!!!

I stopped in for a workout while in the area for a day. I'm glad they offered a day pass - $10. Nice front desk guy. Busy at 6 am. Enough equipment for me, but the facility and equipment looked "tired" . Some areas smelled strongly of bleach.

It has been well over a week that the sauna or tanning beds have not worked. Recently the cleanliness of the gym has gone downhill very quickly. Weights and equipment left all over the place. Not sure why I'm still being charged $30/month JUST FOR TANNING when they are regularly broken. Remodeling sign has been up for months yet not a single improvement in the gym, staffs attentiveness to members or cleanliness has occurred. 10/10 times you can find any and all staff members sitting down on their phones or just sitting and talking like it's a hangout spot instead of their work place. Definitely plan on waiting around to buy something/ check in to try and tan until their conversations are finished and they realize you are waiting for service. When I asked where a specific flavor of pre workout has been because there weren't any out for weeks and I really dislike the ones available I was told they "have a lot of them on hand" but they are "hoarding them in the back until these flavors are gone." So now I just know to spend my money on them elsewhere since they don't seem to want to sell the ones they have.

The rates here can't be beat. $1 down and $20 a month with no contract. What else do you want? All the equipment works and is always available. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and really care about getting you in shape at the proper pace. My trainer Chandler has really changed my health around for the better. So devoted, patient, funny, skilled, and compassionate. He brings an experience to working out that I've never experienced. You have to have him as a trainer to see for yourself. Also Ashton is always has a smile on and is very courteous. My only concern with this location is the bathrooms. They need to be remodeled and maintained more often. It's kind of a turn off. I don't think I would want to shower in them. But that's just me.
