did a 1-day drop-in. called ahead of time to confirm price. front desk told me it's $50 for 24 hours.walked in and confirmed with front desk again that it's $50 for 24 hours. they said yes. I paid.I asked about returning the following morning. they said it's just a 1-time drop in, you can't come back. I asked then why did you tell me it's for 24 hours. her response: "because there are 24 hours in a day"either I am stupid or was lied to. either way bad customer experience. some clarity upfront would have been helpful.gym itself was clean and spacious with many cardio machines/dumbells/kettlebells.

Great gym. The two complete racks of kettlebells are a big bonus. Always tidy.

good gym. Has everything you need but gets overcrowded during peak hours. No sauna either which is a bummer for such a pricey gym.

I just learned Equinox Seaport released one of the best personal trainers they had, Jaskee. He was the only male trainer who cleaned up weights and actively walked around conversing with new and seasoned members. He’s certainly the only trainer that’s ever come up and spoken to me. The bulk of the other male trainers never wore their masks during Covid, they train as a little group, they don’t ever clean up and their generally unfriendly. The one trainer that was friendly, helpful, and extremely fit, Equinox decides to let go of? I can’t stand this gym but there aren’t other options. There’s no accountability here. They let guys bring their gym bags onto the floor, drop weights, shadow box, yell and generally do whatever they want without ever keeping people in check or kicking them out. During Covid, after Adam left, only a couple of the trainers wore masks and masks certainly weren’t enforced by management who cast a blind eye. Machines are getting rusty and poorly maintained, there’s also a surprising deficit of advanced leg training equipment. This gym is also super busy because there’s no other options in the area. The new assistant manager is awesome, he should replace the manager, Magesta.

Reasonable price. Great environment in which kindness is encouraged. Very little meat heads and toxic energy. Employees at the front desk are friendly and the trainers help build an inviting environment
