This location is by far, the best facility of all Equinox in Boston. Unfortunately, the experience at this gym is undermined by short operating hours (likely due to post-pandemic staff shortage) and the unprofessional and lazy staff members. On numerous occasions, the cleaning crew will shut off access to amenities early so they can get off work early. Most recently, I was denied access to the steam room an hour prior to the gym closing. The steam room is supposed to open until 30 minutes before gym closing. However, the cleaning crew refused to let me enter the room because he had already cleaned the room for the night. When I brought this issue up with the staff in the front desk, they were powerless and could not do anything about it. This level of service and support is rather disappointing for the amount of fees they are charging, I would not recommend this location.

The owner is a very friendly guy and the rates are extremely reasonable. The crowd is very nice and welcoming. The gym is jam packed with almost everything you could want for a workout.

This place is a joke. Their contracts are a scam and even after membership advisors tell in writing in email that they will be putting a hold on your account, they charge you anyway. DO NOT JOIN THIS CLUB

They harass select people while choosing not to harass others. Employees spread out and camp out in the locker room like it’s their living room, on a daily basis.
