Much like others writing about their dealings with BSC’s membership cancellation circus, I wrote and mailed a letter to cancel in July, received an email saying that my membership was finalized (still charged a $10 membership fee—fine), and …

If you're looking to join a gym where, during a global pandemic, they will close their facilities for months without notice, and then re-open without alerting you (but still charge you), then Boston Sports Club is the gym for you. …

Similar to recent reviews, I have also requested to cancel my membership via their online website. I have received no response and continue to get charged to my account. This is a horrible customer experience and unacceptable to simply disregard customer requests to cancel membership. It feels like you are now stealing from me.

Having a passport membership for 6 years, I can honestly say this was one of the best BSC gyms I have come across. The place is big, clean with alot of new Matrix machines with a little bit of Hoist machines. The free weights are endless …

Not clean, super crowded, you don’t wanna touch anything in locker room or bathroom. Staff messed up the billing and then kept charging after I cancelled my membership, it was a pain to get it straightened out. The staff was rude when I complained about this issue

Was 3 stars. Now its one star. Do not go to this gym. AWFUL gym. The staff and trainers are great but you will not have a good experience here. Avoid at all costs.

Love this fitness centre! It is huge and they've really provided a lot of functional training equipment and areas to stretch and relax. Changing rooms are relatively neat but I highly recommend going at non peak times as it can be hectic and so noisy and busy in there! The weights area gets full quickly.

This place is terrible and a fraud. My girlfriend canceled the membership in person back in August yet they still charged her credit card for September and October. We disputed the charges; what's beautiful is they charged a second credit …

I have been a member of the BSC for over a year now. When COVID-19 hit I was charged for membership when they were closed. Now, the club is apparently back open but I received no communication, only charges to my credit card - in two …
