Decent BSC location. Has a decent split between cardio and weights. A little small inside, so it can get crowded during peak hours, but generally not too bad for getting equipment. Feels like they could use a few more 45 plates though.

My trainer is great and he's honestly why I still have a membership, otherwise I would probably shop around elsewhere. It's a no frills gym, get in get out get on with your life. Otherwise it gets crowded easily, not enough free weights. I go during non peak times and it's fine. Location is fantastic.

I have been going to this location for about three years. This BSC isn't as bad as Government Center or some of the others, but it's still pretty bad. …

It's fine. It's too expensive for what you get, but that's BSC for you. This is one of the nicer locations (good light, newer machines).

Great gym. Tons of cardio, usually an open treadmill even on the busy hours. Lots of stretching space. Lots of free weight space as well as weight machines. Men's locker room is usually in great shape. Tons of free classes (cycling, bootcamps, etc) come with your membership. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Tionne and Kenneth are non-responsive, have no integrity, and really could care less about the customer unless it means they are profiting. I have also heard from multiple other people that Tionne has …

One of the better BSC locations in Boston. Tons of cardio and strength training equipment in a very open, easy to navigate space. The gym is on the third floor, so you'll get a lot of natural light during the day.

Nice staff, a great selection of equipment and free weights and tons of cardio machines. I was pleasantly surprised by how much this gym offered the locker rooms were also nice and spacious.

The facility has plenty of equipment and friendly staff. However cleanliness is a disgrace! It is open on Saturdays but the locker rooms are not cleaned or refreshed. As a result the men's locker room stinks! there are towels all over the …
