Woman at the front is no help at all, she pretty much only badges you in and has no knowledge of the gym. I’ve been waiting on a call from management for 13 days regarding my membership and no call. The treadmills are always broken and the people are more helpful than the staff.

Low quality machines, many of which are broken for months and never get fixed. Gym is barely breathable at peak hours and multiple sections are reserved for classes only, none of which are included in standard memberships. After having enough of this poor experience, I cancelled my membership and initiated the extended 45 day cancellation period. 45 days later, they continued to charge my card for months. I called several times and was often promised a call back from the GM, but never heard back. I finally got in touch with their Customer Service Specialist who said they had no record of me canceling and to this day (4 months later) I was still a member. When you've had enough of BSC DOT, make sure to get your cancellation notice in writing, or they will continue to bill your credit card!

Never do i make reviews but i wanted to make sure this was said. I Joined here about a year ago when they first opened but were still under construction. Half the facility is out of order and out of use. So I decided to terminate my membership. The only compensation I received was a passport memebership which grants you pribledges to other locations. In my case I joined here for the convenience of it being a 2 minute walk from my house. So that doesn’t help me at all one bit. So I let it go. After waiting 2 years I decided to rejoin after the construction was complete this year. I joined in January and everything seemed to be ok. Until about a month in I started to notice that the equipment is not being fixed. They have 2 stair masters and within 3 months they BOTH are broken have not been fixed. Still a sign hangs off saying it is out of order. What ever, so I started running. I came in today on March 9th 2019 and more than HALF OF THE TREADMILLS ARE OUT OF ORDER. Absolutely unacceptable. There are lines of people waiting to use the equipment. When I made a complaint to the memeber at the front desk he told me that I have been granted a passport membership and I can use other facilities. AGAIN. Does not help at all. Either offer a free month or two OR FIX THE EQUIPMENT. I would recommend to join planet fitness which is right down the street. Maybe not as clean but at least they are timely with fixing their equipment.

Don’t join this gym.I’ve been a member since it opened. Currently at least half the treadmills are out of order and have been for several months. None of the stair climbers work, going on 6 months on those. Lifting equipment regularly breaks and doesn’t get fixed for extended periods of time.Not worth the premium price they charge, you’re better off at Planet Fitness down the street.

Gym is adequate for what I need it for. It's a bit small and gets crowded after the work hours as expected. But the equipment is kept in order and clean. I wish they had more specific back and leg machines from my old gym but not a big deal.

Customer service absolutely terrible. Moved out of state for a good 4 months and have spoken to SEVERAL managers about my cancellation. Been charged 4 times for my monthly fee, which had been guranteed by one of the managers that it has been taken care of. Impossible to get a hold of any managers since. I've been emailing one of them for 4 months about this and still no cancellations, no refunds. Ive sent my proof of address of where I am now. How can you run a business like this? Wasting my time and incredibly inconvenient. Most of the receptionists have been extremely distasteful as well. Rude and terrible customer service all around.
