Awesome gym with great people! Friendly atmosphere and the best coachs in every aspect: jiu-jitsu, muay thaï, boxing MMA and fitness. Feels like a second home!

I have been coming to this gym for more than 2 years and hands down one of the best gym in downtown Boston. It is such a great place to work out, I love the variety of the classes that this gym has! Absolutely the best kickboxing & fitness facility. The trainers and staff are well trained, super friendly and encouraging and will push you to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether your taking a kicboxing class/MMA/Jijutsu class or DUT, you will leave this gym feeling like a different person. Jason (owner) is a great guy, talk to him and this will be your life changing decision.

Called and asked if they offered a free day pass, to which they said there was, and after reiterating my question of if it was a “FREE day pass” I was reassured there was. Upon arrival the manager tried to get 30 dollars each because “they had fights at four” which shockingly wasn’t mentioned on the phone call early. The gym itself is awful anyway. Terrible layout, zero variety of bags, and very few machines. They also have fake photos posted online of a completely different gym as another way to trick people into going. Place is poorly run by unprofessional, untrustworthy, greedy men. If you’re looking to learn any aspect of combat sports, you’d be much better off at a well managed, well maintained, honest and respectful establishment.

Best gym in Boston in my opinion. Boxing, kick boxing, ju jitsu (both no gi and gi), cross fit (ultimate training), yoga, and majorly relaxed vibe. It’s the type of gym that feels like family. I’ve been going for around a year, and every time I come in it’s a great time. Jason (the owner) is super friendly and so are all the coaches—although they will push you when needed haha. Seriously though, couldn’t recommend this gym enough.
