Great gym and this place has really been exceeding expectations since the ownership change. All new equipment and the entire gym was painted. The coaches are great and motivating also.

This gym is the best in the downtown area it has a mix of kickboxing boxing free weights bjj and personalized training just for you to meet all your goals great coaches super helpful and knowledgeable all for a great price right behind South station super easy to access .. a definite place to check out!! And super reasonable price too!

Love this gym! I started working out at the UFC gym in October and have really enjoyed it! They are continually adding new equipment and updating the class schedule which has made my workouts even better! I highly recommend this gym, its one of the few in the area that has no contracts and allows you to pay month to month while still offering tons of classes! Definitely a great place to workout.

The gym here is awesome. Super clean, great staff and nice atmosphere to roll. There always seems to be someone here to help, and Coogan is a great guy if he’s still coaching there. The equipment is top notch and third point system was pretty rewarding. You should stop in and see what deals they might be able to provide to see if this is the right gym for you. Also there are great places to get good food nearby for a quick pick me up afterward.

I’ve been to other gyms and I didn’t like any of them because I don’t like going to gyms. But I need to stay in shape and I was walking by and decided to stop by. I was greeted and welcomed by Jason who I believe is a part owner of this gym. I’m myself in sales field and i know the correct approach to the customers. I signed up because it is a month-to-month membership and I’m here temporarily. For the first time ever, I’m impressed with the management of this gym. It’s always clean! Wouldn’t you love that? I love it and I hope they keep it that way. The locker room is small but it’s clean! I’ve seen their cleaning guy clean it many times - the showers are fullly chemicalled, scraped and rinsed. When I first walked in to this gym, I saw people walking barefoot and I was like - wow! I don’t like getting an athlete foot and who does? I’ve been walking barefoot there myself - on the gym’s floor, boxing mats, in the shower and my feet were always clean and I haven’t had an itch problem. This UFC gym is just cool - they play some great mix and it puts me in the mood to have a great workout done. I wish I could be local to keep working out here.

Joined this gym a week ago and think it was a great decision. This place is clean and well equipped. People who work there are very nice and professional. I would recommend conditioning classes with Daniel.
