I’m not being hyperbolic when I say that Boulder Athletics changed my life. Let me explain…I’m 45 and certainly don’t consider myself a “gym person”. I was having a lot of physical issues related to my shoulder, back and neck. My neighbor kept suggesting that I give BA a try. I was hesitant, but last November, I finally gave it a go.Thankfully, this is not the “bro culture” that I initially expected. What I found was a welcoming a community of teachers and students that were always stoked to see me and work with whatever mobility issues I had. Here I am after 3-4 days a week of BLDR Strength and all of the sudden I’m not just the strongest I’ve been in my life, but my shoulders and posture are better. I’m sleeping better because of this too!All of the instructors at BA are fantastic, but in particular, I really appreciate all the time and effort coach Chelsea and Anthony have spent understanding my limitations, and helping me overcome them. I feel very thankful for their help.I’m learning new things about my fitness every day, and if I ever have to move away, I know that I’m going to take some of that BA attitude and fitness education with me. I’m definitely getting my money’s worth. No regrets!

I joined Boulder Athletics roughly 6 months into the pandemic. I was in need of a change of pace athletically, and deep down, was desperate for a sense of community and genuine connection with other humans. What struck me most about this place - and what kept me coming back - was how welcoming everyone was. None of the stigma associated with the sport exists here. You don’t wear headphones into this gym and you don’t look at your phone between sets. You show up for an hour everyday and you move your body with other people. Fist bumps and masked smiles are encouraged. That’s what it’s all about.Park Roberts (owner), has established a community and a health enriching environment that I have found unmatched. The amazing team of coaches at Boulder Athletics deliver badass and holistic workouts that place a priority on safety and functionality. The people that make this place tick - Dylan, Emily, Alex, Sydney, and Kelsi - are talented and loving humans, who facilitate a fantastic experience and take genuine interest in every person that steps through the door. No egos, no pretension - just genuine care and friendship.I can honestly say that Boulder Athletics has had a massive impact on me as an athlete and as a human. I’ve achieved so many goals during my time here that transcend lifting heavy objects. Thanks to this gym I’ve found a new passion, a new community, and lifelong friends.I implore you all to check them out!

Excellent gym and classes.Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Boulder Athletics is a small and private gym that feels more personal; The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring, the workouts are led by personal trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The music is blaring and the atmosphere is awesome. You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question. It’s a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Love the gym and the ownership. It's a really fun group who really believe in solid coaching and training over maximum weight and poor form. Highly recommended to all levels
