Chuze Fitness

This place is always slam packed. One qualm is that the movie theater room is super underutilized, almost never see anyone using it. I’d prefer they put in a basketball court. Basically VASA with less amenities.

It’s on the smaller side of the big gyms. The crowd is younger and the gym is crowded so expect to wait to get a bench to work out on. It’s a cookie cutter gym without a steam room, basketball court or swimming pool. It is what it is. I would say the employees are nicer than Vasa and since the gym is in Broomfield county…NOMASK REQUIRED!!! 🥳

Awesome staff Bryan and D the GM always greet me with the utmost respect and love. In fact everyone does and I apologize that I do not remember some names but everyone is so nice. I had membership at VASA fitness in conjunction with Chuze only because of my other job being so close to it. In February I wanted to include a multi club access and to my dismay, 5 months later I noticed an extra 17.00 added on top of what the multi club price was. They said I added guest privileges but I had the front desk associate do the upgrade for me. How did I go from 23.00 to 40.00? Shady billing group as well. Paramount will take money and then never refund it even if there's an issue on their end. Anyways, I only noticed it because I used a card I rarely use and I do auto payments. I saw that I was being charged 40.00 instead of 23. Anyways they refused to help me and refused to refund anything back. The GM at the Westminster VASA was somewhat helpful but then rudely said she would try to get me one free month. That was a slap in the face since their own front desk staff was incompetent and added more than what I had asked. I prefer Chuze more because not only is the staff more professional and family friendly, they have a GM that understands its members concerns and interests. Great customer service hands down. I have actually had others quit VASA and they are more happy to be with Chuze

I've been coming to this gym since they opened. The staff are always super nice and they do a great job keeping everything clean. However, it's always crowded and a lot of people do not know gym etiquette.

I've been going to this location for the last 3 months. The staff members are always so friendly and helpful. Everything is always so clean, and I also enjoy the smoothie bar.

I'm giving three stars as someone that tried to join the gym. A nice, young man gave us a tour and this gym seemed like a good choice, other than the location for us personally. However, they won't allow a teen under the age of 16 to participate in a 7-day trial. Yet they expect you to pay for a separate account for the teen, pay full price like an adult, and sign a year contract. The basic $9.99 yearly membership (or month to month $14.99) doesn't provide any amenities. So, I would want my teen to visit the gym, see how much they like it, and determine if I should agree to pay $400/year so that they can use the amenities. Many of us have part time kids with shared custody, so paying full price for a teen on an annual contract when they can only use the gym a maximum of 50% of the time is wasteful. Sure, you can pay $15 month, but then you can't enjoy any amenities with your child, such as swimming, steam room, and hydro-massage chairs. We'd probably be members right now if either they'd allow a teen trial run, or have better pricing options for a joint/child account.

I honestly enjoy Chuze! It’s very clean and organized, of course I wish the turf area was larger but I usually am able to get a open spot easily, also love the smoothies!

Used to be a great place but lately its WAAAAAY too crowded. I wouldn't mind but the new members seem to all suffer from I'm the main character syndrome and sadly the staff here isnt really able to do anything except "kinda" talk to the problem members. Otherwise the cinema is great (if you can find a machine) the circuit is really fun, the pool and hot tub are marvelous and the saunas help out too. The staff when they are able to help are really great too.

Could be cleaner. Have only been to this location a couple times as I have 2 others that are closer. The pool was a bit smaller and the teenagers were prevalent at this location. I think at multiple locations the pool area is forgotten about and people act and do what they want back there. More employee activity, cleaning and maintaining the are might help.

This place is more worried about their “culture” than being a gym. Drop your weights? Get ready to be lectured by someone. No scales because “it’s not welcoming”The employees are incredibly rude and seem to come and go. This place is a SCAM. Management doesn’t know how to fix problem. I’ve been coming here for years, and it just keeps getting worse. Filthy locker rooms and tanning beds. The girl in the mornings in the week has a NASTY attitude and is lazy. Things are always broken. This place sucks. There’s a new planet fitness across the street… might go try it out.
