This is my favorite gym. Staff is always friendly and recently handled an especially difficult situation well. I was impressed with the resolution. Equipment works, staff are always cleaning and the amenities are more than worth the monthly asking price.

Recently moved and had to transition from the Sheridan Chuze to this one. Really enjoyed my experience at the other gym but this one has been nothing but frustrating. No matter what time you come it is busy. Want a bench? No. Want a squat rack? No. Want to deadlift? No. I come in the morning and I have to wait for people who are in the squat racks for over an hour. I come at night and I have to wait for a group of 6 high schoolers to quit talking and move out of the way. Bathrooms are always out of toilet paper. I never see anyone cleaning any equipment like I would see every time at the other Chuze. Cinema is either too loud or too quiet, no in between. Overall just disappointed with this Chuze and wish I still lived closer to the other one.

Love this intimate gym! Equipment is vast, it’s clean and the Zumba and classes are wonderful for my daughter. The pool is nice, clean and never crowded - almost like the gym’s secret gem. Locker rooms are fantastic, wheelchair access is top-notch in locker rooms. I guess my only wish is that the water pressure be better in the showers, but that’s really my only negative I can speak of this amazing gym. I must say the Hydromassage Room is absolutely Heavenly! They also have tanning and a cycling theater. The staff is super friendly as are the members of ChuzeFitness! Myself and my two teenagers love this gym, and a perk is that we can join classes at ChuzeFitness’ other locations. We do hope that the Brooomfield location will increase their number of classes offered as time goes on.Special shout-out to employee, Shae!

I have been going here since it opened. At first, I was very impressed with the staff, the level of cleanliness and the overall respectful and inclusive atmosphere. It was a godsend while I took care of my mom who has dementia. However, lately I have found myself wondering if it is time to move on. The gym is overcrowded. There is a bunch of high school kids that workout together in packs of five that tend to disregard gym etiquette. In a normal, non-pandemic situation, this would not bother me, but now it is disconcerting. Even worse, there is a large majority of people ignoring the mask mandate required by the city and county of Broomfield. I get how uncomfortable wearing a mask is, especially when working out. I teach yoga and I have to wear a mask. By the time I am finished teaching my voice is cracking. However, there is science to back the efficacy of wearing a mask in public buildings, especially when air is being expressed more intensely during strenuous activity like working out.I feel sorry for the staff and have seen a high turnover rate since the onset of this pandemic. That wasn't the case pre-pandemic, which tells me that Chuze had good management. I cannot imagine how difficult your staffs' job is now and the risk they are taking so us folks can get a good workout. However, management needs to consider the safety of all those involved, especially their staff. Yesterday, while working out I witnessed a masked man pause and look around at all the unmasked people working out in the weight lifting area. It was over crowded and for some reason there were more packs of high school kids than normal. After looking, he did a 180 and left. I am wondering if this is more normal than not? By not implementing the mask mandate, are you driving away the more considerate and respectful members? I know I left as soon as the crowds reached a tipping point and my space was being compromised by an unmasked individual.I am going to keep giving this gym a try...but I have purchased a membership at another gym where the mask mandate is implemented, just in case.

UPDATE: As of February 2022, this gym is way too busy. Like uncomfortably busy. Look elsewhere, I’m considering cancelling my membership.Pros:Friendly staff.Nice equipment.Clean.No contract.Cons:It is WAY too busy in the evening. Busy enough to impact the structure of your workouts. It can be very frustrating.Weekend hours aren’t great.Passive aggressive “no grunting” signs.(Sometimes you have to make noise if you’re lifting heavy, but I get wanting it to be a “friendly”environment)No chalk? lol why?No backpacks allowed on the floor with you. So if you use a lot of equipment, prepare to run back and forth to the lockers.I would call it 3.5 stars if I could but I rounded up. If you are a serious lifter/power lifter, you might consider looking elsewhere.

I was treated to a seven day guest pass while visiting from Florida. For the four times I used the pass I was greeted so enthusiastically by the front desk personnel, it was amazing! The facility is clean and just had a really great vibe! I would definitely join if I lived in the area.

Decent size gym with decent amount of squat racks and benches. Not totally the gyms fault but there are way too many kids who just seem to hang out for social / mating ritual reasons. Large groups of children that take up a whole rack or bench for the entire time that I'm there. Even without that it is basically always extremely busy. I feel like they should open another across the street or something to alleviate this. We are thinking about checking out other gyms because it just seems to be busy at all times.Lifetime is far superior in every way but obviously that's because it costs much more per month. I find myself wishing there was something in between these two

Probably the best gym experience I've ever had, every single staff member was welcoming and attentive. Kids club is awesome, they remember my kids names and my kids love going and I finally get alone time. Totally recommend, its my spa, oh and the members are kind to, very supportive and positive every time I go! Thank you 😊 …

Edit: they actually fixed the tanning booths coincidentally after I wrote this review, so they are getting stars back.Staff is friendly and patient here, this place is a great bang for your buck. Missing a couple machines that could boost the leg day gains but for the average lifter or someone who can get creative they have pretty much everything you could need. Very clean as well.

If you're looking for a good price for a gym, you can't beat Chuze overall. The staff has always been welcoming and kind as well. Now, I may have been spoiled by the Westminster location, but this locations atmosphere and cleanliness are struggling in comparison. If you go anytime after 5pm, it becomes a crowded highschool gym with kids crowding machines in groups, slapping eachother, yelling and jumping around. Walking into the bathroom reminds me of a truck stop at times with the stale urine smell. The hot tub has had a pile of dirt/debree in one of the corners and was pretty foggy. I had hoped after reading some of the answers to reviews that the cleanliness would have been better. It may be worth the extra 10 mins to get to the Westminster location. I hope to see an improvement as staffing gets better for them.
