I am so glad I signed up for personal training with Core Progression. As a previous climber, I refused to stretch off the wall and started having continuous injuries. I have been working with Cannon to help with that as well as slim down for my wedding in December. After two months, I’ve lost 5 lbs.

I’ve been going here for about 2.5 months and the price of personal training is 100% worth it! The facility and staff are wonderful. I will say, it’s extremely important to get matched with the right trainer. Sammie (my trainer) is a rockstar! She and Tyler (the manager) have been nothing but supportive, motivating, and incredibly knowledgeable in helping me reach my wedding body goals! This place instills accountability and confidence in me. The amount of progress I’ve had in such a short amount of time is mind blowing (thanks to Core Progression and a solid nutrition plan). I’m down over 6% BF and stronger. I can’t wait to see the transformation even further along in the next few months! If you can afford it, DO IT.

I have been working it at core progression for 3 months. The atmosphere is positive and the trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. She provides that extra push to get me to my goal of increasing/maintaining strength.

Been training with Parry for a couple of months and have seen massive improvements in my running! I’ve had Achilles, quad, and hip flexor issues for years that have all been greatly improved since starting training here. Highly recommend!

Core progression is the BEST gym experience I’ve ever had. I had an extensive leg surgery a few years ago and still needed help with rehab, Cannon has made my recovery experience amazing and so rewarding. Maria is the best and I’m always so excited for my sessions!

I've gained so much confidence and strength through core progression. I never thought personal training could be for me, and you all were incredible. I've had changes in my health that are supposed to only be possible through surgery and I regularly get people who haven't seen me for a while do double takes because I have muscle and confidence now. Maria is very kind energetic and will get you set up with a trainer that matches your intentions. I’ve gotten paired with Ella and who is an awesome aerial artist when she’s not training clients at CO, and has been super supportive and flexible with my fitness journey over the last few months

Great gym with really awesome trainers. I've been working out here for about 2 months now and am already down 10lbs from when I started. All the trainers I've met are super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They really want to help you achieve your goals and become the best version of yourself. Easily the best gym in the Boulder area.Shoutout to Hunter for being an awesome trainer and tolerating my terrible jokes.
