I have been training at Core Progression for about a year now and have nothing but amazing things to say about it! The trainers clearly know what they are doing and are passionate about helping clients reach there goals. I have worked primarily with Sam R; she has provided the encouragement and knowledge that I needed to work towards/reach my goals. The manager, Maria, is also fantastic. She and the rest of the trainers always make me feel welcome when I come in to train! 1000% recommend this place and these trainers!
