I've been going to Mecha since it was still Boco fit & it keeps getting better. The new owners have invested nicely into the thriving local business & the workouts really pay off. I have the lagree method to thank for my toned body today!

The staff is helpful and friendly from the minute you walk in. The instructors in the resistance and HIIT classes have consistently been helpful at guiding folks where needed, emphasizing people to stay at a pace that feels safe, and encouraging an extra effort where able. The resistance class is a unique way to work different core muscles and work to maintain control through movements. As a Physical Therapist, I see this class as an excellent way to prepare for all kinds of other sports as well as keeping people healthy on our trails. Thanks Mecha.

This is the best, most efficient cardio and resistance workout in the shortest amount of time in Boulder. I LOVE it!!! All the instructors are superb and demonstrate a passion for instructing, especially Sammy, Kari, Bri, Bryan, and Justin. You will not be disappointed; it is fabulous.

I Feel so great ever time I leave this place! It's a one stop shop for effective and efficient cardio, strengthening & toning. I love that my hubby is digging it too! It's fun to be able to work out together without killing myself flipping tires & doing burpees!

This is a very effective workout that is high intensity without impact. The studio is extremely clean and bright, love the clean lines and simplicity. The music "pop Friday" was awesome this week. Fun and motivating, coming back again for Gwen Stefani next Friday!

Haven't worked out in a while and gained a ton of weight this year. The instructor, Bri, was extremely kind and helpful. I like the resistance class a lot. It's hard as hell, but also fun as you fly around on the machine. Hoping I stick with it! Highly recommend.

I love mecha! This is the first exercise class other than yoga that I've truly loved and stuck with. The resistance classes are addictive. The staff and teachers and so friendly and I love that everyone knows my name. A long list of things they do right: great drinks and snacks, a super easy check-in system, always have things to borrow if I forget something (including shoes once), plentiful parking, big windows and high ceilings, great natural products in the bathrooms, essential oil cold towels after each class. And, maybe most importantly, my booty has NEVER looked better. I'm a lifer.

The location is very accessible and just the right number of blocks out from downtown Pearl street that you can always be sure to secure parking (I myself bike/walk but still keep an eye out for parking situations wherever I go). The venue is open and airy with lots of great natural light. The restroom is shared with the salon next door (Voodoo) and is always clean and welcoming.Though there have been women in all of the classes I've taken I've heard of and or seen men attending the classes here.My friends who have belonged to this studio have raved about the managerial staff's communication and accessibility. The online scheduler (mind body studio) is also a great way to view/reserve spaces in their classes.I look forward to attending more events at this location (sign up for their email newsletter if you want to be in the know) and perhaps joining when the timing is right for my budget.
