One boulder is a unique gym experience. I haven't found another gym where the employees strive to know each and every member's name, let alone details of their lives like these guys. It feels like a home away from home. The equipment is well taken care of and clean, and they have every machine you could need.

These guys are not great. Parking is hard. They don’t fix their equipment. They have really stupid policies too.Their hot tub has been out for almost 2 months. They don’t seem to care to fix it.You are not allowed to use cell phones anywhere in their facility. That’s ridiculous. I was in the gym on the treadmill with no one else anywhere on that side of the building. I didn’t know about the policy so I took a quick work call while working. The gal at the front ran back and said she could hear a human voice (and since there wasn’t anyone else in there I must have been on the phone). She told me to get off immediately.We tried to discuss it with them but they were unyielding.The gym itself is very average and there is typically only one person there when we go.Plenty of other gym options in Boulder. Pass on this one.

This gym is fantastic! The people are friendly, it isn't overcrowded and the majority of people wipe down the equipment so it doesn't feel like a petrie dish... I have a great appreciation for the no cellphone policy that other gyms don't enforce. There is nothing worse than having some obnoxious person who can't read the sign talking on their cellphone while you are trying to work out.If you are serious about getting in shape and want a wonderful place to do it, Boulder One Fitness is your gym!

There are a ton of amazing trainees that frequent here as well as the trainers! All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and care about each person and their fitness goals. I highly recommend this place!

They were the only gym with a sauna during covid so I tried it out. I would have become a full time member if I decided to stay in Boulder…Kyle the manager is very helpful! They refunded my punch passes I purchased long ago. Will be back for a drop in if I’m in the area!

Had a membership for about 6 months before moving to Denver. It is a great facility that is super clean and also has a great community! The staff are always friendly and welcoming too.
