Great coaches but the gym is outdated. Other Orange Theory locations have the treadmills with a new screen and updated rower screens too. For being in such a wealthy area, I would expect the gym to be new and updated. This one feels dark and dusty.

Great staff and beautiful facility. Visited from Miami and had a great workout. Wasn’t used to the elevation difference though! 😜 …

Great studio, would recommend as it’s spread out. …bit of a hike from the parking lot though…

The staff was super encouraging, the atmosphere was really high energy, and the heart rate monitoring tech was awesome for tracking your workout! I don’t have a single bad thing to say about Orange Theory!

Great staff and amazing workouts. You can push yourself in your workout guided by your heartrate zone in an organized exercise routine. My wife pushed me into trying it with her, and I have no regrets. Being in a group helps you push harder than most would do on their own. Both of us get enjoyment in comparing our results after our classes and its a great bonding experience after we crush our workout for the day. It's rare we get to go to the class together, so having the same routine makes it feel a bit more like we were able to attend the same class.

I love that I come in and I don't have to THINK about anything for an hour. I just do what I'm told and get a killer workout. Decision fatigue is a real thing and OTF is my escape. The amount of pizza I can eat without getting out of shape is an added bonus.

I feel challenged and it helps me to be pushed more than if I did my own workout. I enjoy the cross training aspect too. The coaches are also very upbeat and encouraging. :)

Ghosted me again and never heard an update. Bummer.Update: They reached out by phone and offered next steps which I really appreciate. Looking forward to connecting & working this out. Will update again once things are hopefully resolved.Original post: This review is about this location's customer service, not the quality of the work out. I signed up for Orangetheory through this location and purchased an OTBeat Band through them. I moved a few months later and switched locations. A few weeks ago, my OTBeat Band stopped working. The band costs over $100 and you can only redeem the 1 year warranty on the band through the location where you purchased the band. So I, along with the Head Coach and other coaches at my current location, called the 29th St. Boulder location over a dozen times and left messages trying to talk to someone and learn how to proceed. My calls and messages were never answered. I've now passed the 1 year mark since purchasing, so it seems unlikely that they will replace my band even if I do finally get a response. My current coaches and I are super disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service at this location. Even if you weren't able to replace the band, the least you could have done is picked up the phone or returned a call.

I have rejoined OTF and I've been coming here for more than a year now and I am still motivated to keep taking as many classes as I can fit into my week. I am constantly challenging myself to do more in each class. The workouts are good addiction. Another huge benefit is that the workouts are different every day. I love that the coaches are highly knowledgeable and work with you to set goals to keep getting better. The staff always goes out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. The app is great for signing up for classes and tracking your progress. If you want to get a HIIT total body workout and get active, I would highly recommend giving OTF a try!

5+ years as a member and will continue as long as the coaches, workouts and facility stay top notch. It's fun and I definitely see results. I no longer get injured doing long runs because of the strength I build at OTF. Start wherever you are, you are only ever competing against the person you were yesterday.
