ATCK Fitness in Stoughton provides a challenging, high-energy workout with options for scaling difficulty to your personal fitness level and needs. Beginners and experienced persons are both welcome to this diverse community! I joined last September, and I have seen and felt myself get stronger and fitter! There is usually a special for first-timers, so there is no reason not to check it out and try it for yourself! :)

I joined ATCK Fitness for a 6 week challenge about 3 months ago and it’s everything I wanted out of my fitness routine. The environment is welcoming and high energy and I always leave having had a great workout. I enjoy the structure of the classes - a predictable format but enough variety each time to keep it interesting.

I joined ATCK Fitness for a 6 week challenge and loved my experience so much, I actually became a full time member. The coaches are super friendly and willing to help/support your fitness journey. The program itself is focused on building you up and adopting a growth mindset. Workouts can be modified to meet your needs, which is great for everyone - beginners to more advanced kick boxers alike. Just be sure to advocate for yourself! I was never someone who enjoyed working out, and now I look forward to going to class and I am bummed when I have to miss a day.

ATCK Fitness Stoughton was a warm and welcoming environment while their sister studio ATCK Quincy (the studio I go to) was undergoing renovations. High energy classes and “Heat Leg” Heather Legere is just absolutely one of the greats as a coach! Lots of cardio, endurance snd strength training for a whole body workout! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
