Equipment is fine, but way too many people are not working out and are leaving their stuff on machines ( or benches) while talking and texting. Four ppl at the desk on their phones, oblivious....

Owner has put a timer on the hot water in the showers. There is no way a woman can can wash her hair if she needs to before work.

I signed up with no issue and now for the past 2 months I’ve been hit with a late fee that no one ever spoke to me about and if I have a back up card in file why hit me with a late fee. That’s why they have my extra card so I don’t have this current issue. I called hoping to get a refund on the late fee and of course the manager states I don’t qualify for late fee. I will be cancelling my membership and going elsewhere.
