Big Day Spa is a great place to get direction and a plan to get to become the best version of yourself. Personal attention to your individual needs and the encouragement you need to succeed. The staff makes you feel like you are part of a family. Highly recommend this business.

BDF is the best. Bobby, Maria and team are true professionals. The exercises and flow are well-organized and challenging but tweaked to fit your individual needs/goals. Everyone is knowledgeable and welcoming of all ages and fitness levels. Overall a great experience and fun atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Big Day Fitness is a great place to workout! Their scheduling app makes it very easy to pick a workout time that fits into anyone’s busy schedule. Maria and Bobby are always there and are eager to help with fitness, diet and nutrition. All the members are very nice and supportive. I highly recommend Big Day Fitness and I am so glad I popped in to try it because now I’m hooked!

Big Day Fitness has been just what I needed to jump start my fitness routine. Bobby, Maria and Julia are all super nice and helpful. I like that the classes are small so there’s hands on help. I’m also more accountable than usual! I feel positive and good after my workouts. Thanks Julia!!

I love Big Day Fitness. From the minute I walked in, I felt welcome. Not once did I feel awkward being the ‘fat lady’ in the group. Everyone has made me feel good about what I can do, while encouraging me to do better. I laugh, I smile and genuinely have fun. Maria, Bobby, and Julia are down to earth, good people who know when to push you, and how in order to get the best result. The other thing I appreciate is that there isn’t yelling. Not everyone responds well to aggressive encouragement, and Big Day Fitness gets that. ❤️

7 weeks into my journey with Big Day Fitness I can honestly say I’m tremendously impressed. I’m 43, a mom of 2 and a full time teacher. I was skeptical that 2-3 times per week would make much of a difference for me, but Bobby and Maria are wonderful at what they do, motivating, modifying and teaching. I am feeling better, stronger and have more balance. I cannot wait to see where I’m at 7 weeks (or months!) from now! 5 stars, highly recommend.

So grateful to have found Big Day Fitness! When my work schedule changed after Covid, it wasn’t convenient to go to my old gym and I really missed the classes! I love the small group environment! This gym does it better than anyone in terms of attention on the clients. Bobby, Maria and Julia really know when to push each person to maximize their workout. So friendly and fun that I really look forward to each session and after about 6 weeks I’m already so much stronger. Couldn’t recommend more highly!!

I have been going to Big Day Fitness for about 6 months and love it there. Bobby and Maria are both great- they are both so positive and have been happy to offer modifications for me as needed for some issues I am working on in PT. It has been a great transition for me back to the gym. Because if COVID I had been sticking to home workouts, but it feels great to be back at a gym working out with others. Everyone who works out there is very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Big Day Fitness is the best - small group workouts, personalized attention, and a great group of people!Owners Bobby and Maria have perfected small group training and make each individual’s needs a priority throughout class.I’ve always been very active: hiking, cycling, martial arts, triathlons, weightlifting, and sports. After having a hip replacement last summer, I was searching for a workout that would help me regain strength, mobility and power. I’ve been training with Bobby and Maria for 4 months now and I’m so happy with the results!! They focus on form and provide alternatives unique to my needs.Big Day has delivered class after class. I can’t think of a better place to work out on the South Shore.

My husband and I have a private personal training session with Bobby every Thursday and we love it! Bobby pays attention to every detail and adjusts exercises for us depending on our abilities and past injuries. He is so engaging and attentive you forget how hard you are working. We have even started boxing ! I can’t recommend Big Day Fitness highly enough ! Bobby and Maria also do a lot in the community and offer things outside of the gym like participating in local road races with others from Big Day, emailing healthy recipes and hosting guest lecturers.
