An amazing boxing gym, great for the workout or training to compete. Bud the owner and trainer is an amazing guy and knows so much about the sport. Everyone who attends the gym is instantly welcomed and taken under the wing of everyone there. I highly recommend this gym if you are looking to get into the sport.

Bud is a GENTLEMAN ! In this gym you learn how to box, the proper way, no aerobic classes here. Buds love and knowledge of boxing are beyond, his gym is a community where more experience boxers go out of their way to share and help. Training is one on one or in small groups of 2 or 3. You get quality attention and training, I wish I knew about this place before. Thank you Bud, Nick and all the great trainers and boxers for all your help.
