Training 2-3x a week with Josh since he opened in March 2017. I am stronger and fitter than ever and back to playing tennis twice a week -- working up to more! Josh is knowledgeable, creative, and he makes it fun. I think of him as a great investment in my future health, strength, balance, and stability. Seniors, you are worth it! Do it for yourself and your future caregivers!

I have been training with Josh for over a year now and can’t say enough about my experience! When I started training I had no experience with lifting weights but Josh tailored the training programs to make working out less intimidating. Over time I was able to build up the amount of weight I could lift to an amount I never would have thought possible!Josh was also able to train me througout the course of my pregnancy this year. He changed the workouts so that I could safely maintain an exercise routine and keep the gains in strength I had made before I was pregnant.Would definitely recommend Josh Mavilia fitness to anyone who is looking for a new fitness routine!

Josh is an amazing trainer!!! He pushes you to be your best “you”. He customizes your workout to focus on what your individual needs and goals are. He really listens to you and wants you to be successful. I love my workouts and it’s fun meeting new people in the semi private lesssons.
