Well I wish I can give them minus 5; yeah the gym is ok but team manager and regional lack responsibility and professionalism. I requested my membership to be canceled, nothing was canceled, charged me a fee and it was pulling teeth trying to get to talk to a regional and get things fixed.

The staff is amazing!!! Gym is clean and organized. Im giving 3 stars due to: No scale (really?! a gym with no scale?!!!!), not able to do deadlifts (key exercise for growth) and only 1 machine for calves extension, very disappointed, thinking on switching gyms 😞 …

Great customer service and fabulous facility. For the scared sheep giving poor reviews solely complaining about mask policy, tbh y'all should look into working-out from home.

Good facility, very clean. Nice atmosphere. Most employees were nice and friendly. One with short blonde hair was a little rude. Said i needed to pull my mask up more when the 2 people on treadmills next to me had no masks on at all...should enforce rules with everyone or not at all...i ended up counting 8 people improperly wearing masks working out throughout the gym, yet i was the only one talked to.
