Planet Fitness

Neat and nice place. But majority of people don't wipe down the equipment they use.

This is not my home gym, but because Planet Fitness has a basic layout, I was able to find the parts of the gym I needed.

Nice, clean gym. New equipment. Locker room and showers are kinda small, but overall nice place.

Very new machines. Although I prefer some of the older Life fitness models. But staff is friendly and helpful. They keep the place very clean.

Love this place. Always immaculate. That goes for the equipment, locker rooms, tanning beds, and massage areas. The staff ALWAYS goes above and beyond. Wish I could utilize the personal trainer to simply show me how to properly use the equipment and what exercises to do that focus on certain areas on my body.

I’m disappointed over the fact that Stoughton PF moved to Brockton, which now takes me longer to get to however I do like new equipment at this location, but the people that workout there are mostly rude, ignorant, and selfish. There usually is a staff of 3-6 behind the counter but there is always weights all over the floor, not re-racked properly, paper towels on the floor, or old water bottles left behind everywhere, the bathroom has been gross at times, spray bottles that don’t work properly, or empty paper towel dispensers. There should be no excuse for any of that with that large of a staff.

They have more than enough staff. Its spacious and there are plenty of machines available. Although there are many staff memeber behind the desk most nights not really sure what they do. They clean the machines regularly. The bathroom and locker room are kept cleaned. They are good about making sure clunkers know the rules about disturbing other members while they work out. Its quiet and calming atmostphere depending where in the gym you go. In the front of the gym can be a bit daunting with people who have been going to the gym regularly for so long they appear to be professional builders of some kind.

I had visited this location on 3/21/19 at approx 17:00. This was a very active aka busy Planet Fitness location, compared to other PF locations that I've visited. It was great energy for sure. Working out amongst others who are focused on their fitness goals is motivating.The reception staff was welcoming & assisted with mine and my guests' check-in & answered my questions gracefully.The equipment is well taken care of & the ladies locker room was clean. The restrooms were clean, as well as the shower/changing areas. Next time I visit this city, I'll definitely come to this PF location again for my workout.I travel all over the USA for work & aim to provide honest reviews for locations that I visit. Love the location. Near my house. Trainer Jules is an awesome guy and helps a ton with workouts. Effective amount of equipment. Biggest complaint would be that the staff doesn't do much to stop bad behavior. They allow people to workout and smash stuff, grunt, and overly fit people take off too much clothing (all the things they claim to never do at planet fitness). Besides that I love this place. Most the people are nice, including the staff, only issue is the attentiveness. They usually remain behind the desk.

The locker room is too small, if you're changing clothes and there's a couple person changing you don't have enough space, I've been coming here for the past 3 months and their hydromassage beds never works always broken and they don't seem to care to fix them, one time only one was working I had to wait 15 minutes to use it, you pay for the black card membership so you can have more options but at this gym it's not worth it. The staff also not friendly they don't even greet you when you arrive or when you leave, you can see it on their face like they don't want to be there. besides those issues everything else is good
