5 minute timers on hot water for showers.How is this even allowed? Water turned ice cold while I had conditioner in my hair. Luckily no other showers were in use and I ran my naked shivering a** to the next one over for another 5 minutes. Felt like I was back in boot camp sheeeesh.edit: I know other members have brought this issue to staff with no changes made.

The ergometer, the hand and arm bike basically, the screen isn't working. Overall the place is good. Fix the machine fully and I'll 5* in a heartbeat but since I have a busted knee that's my main firm of cardio. The other machines are great.

It's way to hard to cancel your membership I wouldn't suggest signing up you can't just cancel online for some reason. it's 2023 I shouldn't have to send a letter
