Kevin and Ashley were amazing with customer service. They had answers to all the questions. Very welcoming and personable. Clean gym, updated equipment, and wide variety.

Brooklyn was such a great help today I love coming ti this gym with my friends!! Wayyy better than VASA! Always clean and staff is always friendly! Shout out Megan and cj!!

I don’t even know where to start. The men’s bathrooms are horrid. You can not open the stool door if someone is using the urinal the bathroom is extremely small and the worst part is there is been mold under the toilet seats for months I’ve notified one of the employees months ago and there has been no change. Secondly there is multiple machines that squeak when you use it which it is not ideal for working out it’s pretty loud and high pitch. The last issue I have with this gym is they are open 24 hours 3 days a week and it so happens to be during the week and then they decided it would be a good idea to close at 7 pm on Saturday and Sunday and close at 9 pm on Friday which is totally idiotic if they actually cared about people coming over to work out. The only thing that I’m looking forward to is the new gym opening up less than a mile away from there. Also one of the doors don’t work on the bottom floor where you go to leave.

Brooklyn and Megan are my favorite! they are the nicest people i’ve met around here always working too hard!! the gym is always so clean! me and my friends love this place! dion, allison and kevin always work so hard! my fav gym!!!

Ashley had great customer service at your gym. Definitely will be back. Gym is clean and friendly environment.

I was just recently there to drop off a DoorDash delivery and it was very well maintained and very nice. I was able to meet and talk with several coworkers and they were all very friendly and helpful. I am planning on getting a membership within the next week and I definitely would recommend. Great facility, great staff, great work.

I go to 10 gym because they offer child care. The times for childcare is a little hard to meet but the last few times my kid will only make it 10 mins before I have to leave and this has happened three times of leaving. There has been two times that I’ve gotten to work out for a full hour and a half and it’s only when Jasmine is working the child care. She is absolutely stunning. She turns the vacuum on when he cries and he stops and she doesn’t ever have to come get me. It’s very relieving. I was about to cancel my membership until I got her help. It’s honestly the best and she deserves a raise.

Within the past few months the facilities have gotten so much nicer. You can tell that the workers are very determined and hard working. I was able to talk to Allison who has been there for a few months and she was very kind and hard working. The whole place is amazing. 5/5!
