The only reason I go here is for the hot tub/spa area. The classes are overwhelming disappointing, the equipment is filthy, some of the members make the environment feel VERY unsafe, and the staff harassed me to buy training when I first re-joined, even though I told them REPEATEDLY that I've been a trainer longer than they have been alive. If I were to hire another pt, they would HAVE to be more educated and experienced than ME! Y'ALL AINT IT!!! Recently, the hot tub area hasn't been available, and won't be open until AFTER Christmas. I called up there to see what was the issue. (because when I was a pt a gold's gym, similar things were happening before we were bought out by genesis and everything turned to garbage) Apparently, y'all are already dealing with a dumpster fire up there because the child that answered the phone was so rude and inappropriate, I thought I was being pranked. Please hire more professional staff with phone skills and stop lying to people about how long it takes to maintenance a VERY small pool. Y'all already fired the ONLY person I ever saw cleaning down there. I'm buying out of my contract...

Staff is friendly, it's clean, and they have a lot of great features but it's almost always too crowded in the evenings.Like others, I have to plan gym time around the child care hours and work. It's usually it's too busy to be there and I end up having to leave.There aren't enough benches for free weights.The parking lot could use another exit in the back and maybe a speed bump or two.A family membership option would be nice if the issues get resolved. We don't want to leave. It's a great gym, but if you pay to enjoy it and you can't, it becomes less than great.

Great gym! Usually I avoid public gyms like the plague specifically because of how crowded they are and how many people are simply there to take photos for their Instagram but this gym is different. The equipment works well and it’s super clean. People and especially the employees are extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend

Great facility. I came as a guest. Members can bring a guest for free, how cool is that!

If I could give 0 stars I would, but one star is fine considering the staff is nice. If you are a real lifter, I would stay far away from here. The owner cancelled my membership because I used chalk (and no I didn’t make a mess everywhere when using it). Very strange vibe in this place. Sub paar gym at best, but it is cheap so you get what you pay for. Spend the extra dollar and go to a better gym if you are serious about your training.

This gym is ridiculous. I really tried to keep giving them chances however every visit was worst the the next one. The main workout area is filthy and held together with duct tape. I complained multiple times about being harassed and it was so bad that I would stopped going to the bottom floor where all the equipment is. The tanning beds were always dirty and the rubbish can always full. Also it is a no contract gym , month to month but I have been charged $290 for some reason. I am almost forgot about a trainer vaping on the floor when people are trying to work out. Because if this horrendous experience I stopped going and It really took a toll on my physical health. Thank god I found a great clean place now where I can work out and be left alone.

Dakota the fitness trainer is awesome!! We worked on a plan for me to make that CHANGE! I’m very excited and nervous but he makes it’s not so nerve wracking and very welcoming. I know after my first day making my plan that I will be working with someone that will listen to me and be positive to help me reach my goal!

I am so excited to be at the gym!! I am 100% disabled and haven't worked out in 20 years. I made the decision to better my health and joined a week ago. I joined mainly because they offer water aerobics which would be gentle on my joints. When you start coming to any fitness class it can be very intimidating at first. I was nervous and scared to start coming but I am so glad I did!! I started taking Debi Ferrel's water aerobics class and she was unbelievably welcoming. She took the time before class to explain everything to me in detail and get to know me as much as she was able to. She is always welcoming, upbeat, joyful, energetic and encouraging during class! Thank you 10 Gym for having such an amazing instructor! She makes my experience wonderful!!

I always have a great experience every time I come in . The staff is great, they are always cleaning and greet me by name each time I walk in. Pool is nice and big and hot tub is great for recovering after a long workout. Classes are offered 7 days a week and instructors are amazing!! Highly recommend signing up here!!

10 gym is a wonderful place to workout. This place have an amazing organization and the customer service is the best ever. Sophia at the front desk is a lovely kind of person, always willing to help. Their equipment is more than enough, there is always the right one for every single task. You can find everything you need to keep your body in shape. 100 % recommended.
