Overcrowded, equipment is worn, insanitary, staff does the bare minimum.. Sure you’ll see them vacuum but I have never once seen an employee wipe down a machine. They remodeled for visual effects only, all the equipment is still the same. The saunas are gross as they barely clean them and if you try to take the hose in the clean it yourself they tell you to stop, drainage issues in the saunas and showers. The “no commitment” sign up has flaws and hidden fees so be careful. Any complaints are excused and written off so don’t bother trying to go to corporate, it’s one lady running HR and she’s just as useless as the gym employees. 10/10 would NOT recommend

I've been there only 5 days, and had a negative experience with 10gym and I want to share my thoughts with others who may be considering a membership.While the gym advertised a non-commitment membership, they failed to mention that a 30 day notice was required to cancel. (they will informe only after the process)This lack of transparency is unacceptable and can be misleading for those seeking a more flexible option. Is not about the money is about of the transparency of the process.Additionally, the gym's website and app are not integrated at all, making it difficult to change information and manage my membership. This is especially frustrating in today's digital age where users expect seamless online experiences.Furthermore, the process to cancel the membership was the worst I have ever seen. I have had memberships in multiple states across the US and have never encountered a cancellation process as convoluted and difficult as the one at 10gym. This lack of attention to detail and customer service is disappointing and can create a negative impression of the gym. I called them and they said to send an email with my name and DOB. I sent the email requesting the cancelation, and you will receive an email saying that the person will answer with 48h. The person was totally unprofessional and after 7 days the person answer informing me about my next payment. It doesn't seem in accordance with "NO COMMITMENT"No trust signals or indications that the gym was committed to providing a positive experience for me as a member. This lack of transparency and communication can be frustrating and create a sense of distrust among customers.Finally, the gym is often overcrowded, witch is ok buy what you pay, but you can find much better places for sure, well I founded. Overall, my experience with 10gym was disappointing and I cannot recommend them to others.Again, is not about the money, that is less than a Google Ads click is about the respect with the customer.

I’ve been going here for a little over three weeks, so far my lock on the locker I was using has been messed with, I always set the combination to 0000 and after my work out it was obviously messed with. This morning after my workout I go out to my truck and someone has spit all over my driver side window. Seems like a real welcoming place to workout at.

Frustrated is an understatement. I’ve hardy started going here and will not be going back due to feeling like I got scammed. I took advantage of the free first session with a trainer cause I was super interested. After my first session, we then started talking prices, I was pretty much out of it. Cause we did my workout before talking prices. And signed a contract. But I signed cause they made it seem that I could cancel at anytime. Which is true you can. But have to pay a $800 early termination fee! I never could make the first payment due to unexpected financial changes. And told them I needed to back out. So they said that I needed to send an email to cancel. Well turns out I have to pay $380 for my first payment which I told them I no longer wanted to do. And never even scheduled another session after the free one. And pay $800 for early termination. Yes I shouldn’t of signed the papers. But $900 to cancel something I never received?? Scam. The people I supposedly have to email only respond at night around 9pm. Which again sounds super scam like. Super frustrated and will no longer be going back here.

This place is amazing, the gym is always clean! I love this place, love to come with my friends. The staff is always so welcoming! Brooklyn and Ashleigh are so great. Everyone needs to be here! Wayyy better than any other gym I’ve tried in the area. Always so much fun, staff is friendly

had my first day with kyia at the broken arrow location. extremely supportive, outgoing staff. really worked hard on helping me set specific long term goals - easy to tell these are seasoned veterans in this industry. zero problems, zero complaints i'd say

I've started going to 10 gym in Broken Arrow in December, mainly because I was tired of freezing in my garage. So far it's been good. Gets a little crowded when I go but I can usually find equipment to use. Everyone seems friendly.

I went into 10Gym Broken Arrow for the first time last week and met with Kyia, a fitness/ trainer manager. She was great! She ran me through a couple of light workouts to help me see where my fitness level is currently. She was very understanding of my past injuries and my past few months of "slacking" on my fitness. Very easy to work with! Highly recommend!
