Marcus was so sweet and helpful, I’ve been coming here for awhile and he and the other employees are always so kind and helpful with any of your needs. This gun has literally everything you need and the equipment all works wonderfully.

Ashley always has a smile and is so welcoming. She is a delightful person to greet me each day I come to the gym!

GENESIS is like my CHEERS!!I’m not even kidding. I LOVE this place!!Why, you ask?Let me count the ways…First and foremost is MATT!Matt is the assistant manager of the club, and is the person I worked with when I joined.For the first few months after I joined, Matt called me several times to ask how things were going for me. He is SO kind and welcoming. Matt is truly a great manager, and a super guy!Next we have Marcus - a teddy bear of a guy who’s always ready to help, with a big warm smile. He always makes my day better.Jade - A precious girl who welcomes me (and everyone) with such exuberance each time we enter. I love Jade!Solomon - My buddy! Such a neat young man, forging his way in the world. He’s quick to make a shake or pour a glass of water for me when I forget my thermos, and he never complains. Throw Solomon a new vocabulary word when you come. You can join in on our daily word game. 😃Jessica - What a beautiful person! She keeps the club so clean for us, and always has a kind word to say as she beams her lovely smile.Brandy - Now this lady is my inspiration! She works out so dedicatedly, and although it’s not part of her job description, she’s always happy to give me pointers. I’m so grateful for her wisdom, and for her friendship.Chris is the club manager and he runs a serious ship, while making sure that the club is a welcoming place for all.Ashley and Bella also work the front, and are two of the sweetest young women I’ve met. Ashley always goes out of her way to encourage me before a workout. And Bella has the sweetest spirit about her. She’s new, but she’s great!Trainers…There are two guys here named Jacob. One trained me and one trained my daughter.You get four free training sessions when you join!!My Jacob was patient, kind, focused, and so incredibly knowledgeable!My daughter saw almost immediate results after training with Jake and employing all that he taught her.I know I’m forgetting people on the team. The point is, you’ll love it here.The price is fixed at a rate that keeps a crowd of people all bringing in a friend for free.There is gym etiquette when working out in a serious gym, and most all of those who work out here get it.It’s not a pick-up gym.I’d feel comfortable bringing my mother here to work out.You need to join Genesis!Ask for Matt. He’ll get you all set up with everything you need to get on track with your goals. 😃

Ashley was great! She was prompt in helping me & very friendly. She always around and willing! Love my Simply Stretch w Allison too. So glad it’s going to 45 min on Tue/thurs.

I just want to take a moment to thank the whole staff at the Broken Arrow location for being so kind and helpful during my signing up process. Matt, in particular, was great to work with and made the experience a great one. Keep up the good work guys!

Staff is the best here! Front desk Solomon always has a smile and great energy! Jess too has such a positive vibe when I see here and gym is always clean!

Warm and welcoming environment. Great place to come and work out with my son. Ashley even has a pot of coffee brewing every morning for me to grab a cup before I leave.

You know I always liked genesis, It was a little pricy for over 100$ for two people but the gym was clean and the staff was nice. I went in a few weeks ago to cancel my membership because I had lost my job and I knew I wasn't going to be able to pay for it, money was tight. I told them id be back as soon as i secured employment. Then I'm wondering why my debit card isint working only to see they charged me again, money I didn't have. Then I had to pay the bank just to stop them from doing it again. This put me in such a .bad position, I will not be returning.

Love this club and the Kids Club care takers! But the kids club isn’t open all day long like all of the other clubs. This one is the only one that closes for three hours during the day and odd hours on the weekend. Which makes it very inconvenient on the times i can work out, especially now that the kids are on summer break. I have to plan our day around the time the daycare open instead of just going when I want to. And the club in general is a great club except they can’t seem to get enough dumbbells to replace the ones that have gone missing. And there is NEVER enough mobile adjustable benches around to use. Especially since they opened up the cross fit area. They need several more to accommodate everyone and all of the different areas.
