I have been coming to the Broken Arrow Genesis location for several years now and have found Ashley at the front desk a very cordial greeter to everyone. She also makes outstanding energy drinks! She is very helpful to the needs and concerns of all.

Today, I went into the gym to seek help with my registration and portal member excess. Marcus Duvall was extremely helpful with all the questions I had and getting me set up! He even gave me a tour of the broken arrow location, and the staff had great customer service and made the entire process painless. Afterward, I even had a great peanut butter shake afterward.

The two women at the front desk are awful and rude. Then the manager comes up to me accusing me of having a a keycard but I’m not a member. I stated a use to be a member and when I come here to workout with friends that go there I don’t have to fill out a page of paperwork because I’m on file. Just accusing me of trying to sneak in when I clearly stood their wallet in hand. I told him check the camera. Other genesis I’ve been to have been great. This whole staff at the broken arrow location need a lesson customer service and etiquette.

I’ve been to a couple of gym’s this is is the best I’ve gone to by far. The staff is amazing, they create such a safe and enjoyable environment!
