I had a great 10 week challenge experience at Farrells and would recommend it to all fitness levels and all health goals. The price seems steep up front, but the monthly membership is lower than most nearby studios [Corepower, Orange Theory, Fit Body Boot Camp]. My reason for not continuing longer is due to the time commitment. I found it difficult to show up at the same time slot every day based on my work schedule and some days, I just want to go in the afternoon- which isn't an option. Overall the clientele was fun and the staff was great to work with.

Trendy new work out place in Maple Grove! Very focused group fitness classes based loosely on kickboxing. I liked it, but have found a similar venue in a neighboring city at a much lower cost. This place, although, is a state of the art facility taking advantage of new fitness enhancing technologies. For instance, if you're wearing a heart monitor, the instructors can "tap" into your feed and see if you're really working out at optimum levels or slacking off in the back row just going through the motions. Be prepared if you decide to try this workout and you're not already doing some kind of exercising. You'll be sore for 2 weeks, guaranteed! Very specific muscle groups are worked on each day. Other great perks are the nutrition classes and cook books offered to support whatever health/fitness commitment you've decided to undertake.

Started with 10 weeks challenge and got hooked on it. The results are amazing. The staff/instructors and the owners are awesome. I was initially nervous about joining any group fitness class but Farrell made the experience life changing.
