The facility and staff are great, this review is more on the gym’s culture. Users dont wipe the equipment that they use, rarely rerack weights and love ultra sets (essentially using one machine for one set and then moving to another machine to again just do one set).

Brianna and Alexis were awful and treated my husband and I very disrespectfully. He wanted to use the black card spa and instead of offering him any solution like signing up to be a black card member or paying the $5 fee for one time usage. Instead they were very condescending to him, saying they won’t let him in and just pointed to the sign that he couldn’t use it. He was very embarrassed by this public and I expect them to apologize to him next time he goes in.

Given the run around for a free watch I am rightfully entitled to.. Don’t think I’ll ever be comfortable coming to that location. Tried to set up an appointed time. Nobody was available except an inexperienced employee. Poor Quality, guess that’s how they’re passing Judgement on me. Not like I’m being Discriminated against, the many times I articulate my conflicts. Starting to become Insulting to be honest.Oh yeah THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONES!!! OR CARE ABOUT SPECIFIC CUSTOMERS.

Business model is a cash grab, make it easy to sign up and difficult to cancel membership. Apparently they are unable to cancel over the phone if you've moved from the area, of course they'd rather keep billing you.
