Not one to really like to work out much, but these classes are the best! You’re in your own room which makes it more isolated and private and you can bring friends to join. LOVE the sauna part as well. Let me tell you, you work up a sweat!

I have been looking for a workout that isn't hard on the joints but I can still break a sweat and this place is it! I absolutely love working out here and am burning tons of calories. The community is great too!
