These photos are only 8 weeks apart. Big shout out to coach Alex Puckhaber at I2 for helping me out with my nutrition and workout planning!I've lost 10 lbs, but I never killed myself in the gym and I never felt hungry; I just stuck to the plan by consistently eating healthy foods and spending 45 minutes in the gym 4x per week.If you're looking to get back into shape, lose some weight, increase your strength, or get your nutrition in alignment, you should join I2 fitness for some coaching and help!

I’ve been training in one shape or form boxing, kettle bells spin. I have a peloton run competing in bb shows and although probably most of them were years ago with change in sports. Or life. But not until now have I seen as much overall change in my own body. It’s actually kinda startling that something could make such a dramatic change. And I don’t do it perfect. I try. But Anyway he changed the way I eat the way I train and most importantly the way I think. I 💯 percent believe in this trainer. I look better than I ever have and I’ll be sixty at the end of the month. It’s never too late to push yourself. Just Frickin do it.

My accountability coach Alex is awesome! He motivates me and keeps me on track even when I don't want to give up and lay on the couch. I'm down 53lbs so far and over 3 pant sizes!!! I highly recommend working with Alex and I'm super pumped to join the sessions when his new gym officially opens!

I can’t say enough about Alex and I2 Fitness. I have always been an exerciser and have really never been able to lose those extra pounds for many years no matter what I tried. After meeting Alex and following his nutritional guidance, the weight just fell off! 14 pounds in 6 weeks! Now 5 months later I am stronger than ever and have easily kept the weight off. His personal weight training guidance has shown me the correct way for all exercises so that I avoid injury while building lean muscles. He is genuinely excited for his client’s success and has been supportive throughout my journey.

I did the 8 wk shred challenge with Alex & lost 26 lbs. The contestant coaching, tips, and follow ups throughout is what’s relevant and impactful during these types of challenges. He holds you accountable but also is tremendous with encouragement. Definitely recommended him and will be returning soon

Working with Alex has been a dream. From starting out not knowing anything and thinking running every day and eating salads was the answer to finding out I can eat real food and little to no running actually got me the results.I have worked with Alex for a little over 3 years now and he always comes up with new and exciting recipes and workouts to keep me going.
