This gym is conveniently right off the 694 hwy making easy access. Very clean gym and courteous staff. Lots of equipment. Great locker rooms with all the amenities. Was in town for a wedding and the staff hooked me to make my stay for a week a great experience!

I came to LA Fitness New Brighton while visiting from Canada. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful!The location is great! Very clean and has all the equipment and amenities that you need or want a gym. I especially enjoyed the turf area and swimming pool. Locker areas/change room are well kept as well.Definitely recommend!

I had a terrible experience here. The GM will give you false information and literally lie to get you to sign up for a gym membership. I would not recommend this LA Fitness facility at all. Go to another location. I myself will not be signing up because I was lied to and told misinformation.

Attempted to cancel my membership. The person who looked up my account and then proceeded to tell me that nobody on site could cancel my membership. He said the one person that can is 'out' and I would have to go to a different location in order to cancel. He also couldn't give me a time line on when that person would be back.Not sure if I was getting a run around, because I find it hard to believe only one person in a club can do cancellations. And if that person is out that there wouldn't be a back up plan.When I said it was inconvenient to go to another location and asked if there was another way, I was told that "Roseville is only like 5 miles/minutes that way"Follow up. Went to another location. I was cancelled within 2 minutes of walking in. When I was describing the issue I had with New Brighton, he said that was trash and they just didn't want to do it/find the person who could. He stated that in a pinch it's not rare for them to call another club and do it over the phone.

I have been a member of LA fitness for many years. I went into the women’s locker room, then into the sauna, where there was a woman with her young boy, probably seven or eight years old. It was unsettling to me to have a boy in the women’s locker room. I spoke with the front desk and he told me that boys 12 and under are allowed in the women’s locker room. I was mortified. So with LA fitness policy apparently I could be dressing and undressing while a 12 year old boy watches. This is completely unacceptable.

Jun 29th Today! Conveniently located next to your favorite primary care clinic. Free Tour, enrollment fees waived most reviews mention Roseville location which is my home gym, location is welcoming, equipment is ample, sleek, and functional, pool, sauna, basketball court, racquetball, yoga class, Silver Sneakers everything appears great and we have family and business in the area. HSA eligible, for your health, I would generally recommend unless you like to work out at home or at work. The staff were very friendly, have me something free, and didn't pressure me into membership at all.

The Roseville location suddenly closed and this gym is not only smaller, but now has double the people. It’s impossible to have a relaxing workout even during off hours. I work from home and come here during the late morning or early afternoon and i’m still waiting for machines and weights. During peak hours the place is absolutely packed. The staff here are so nice (hence the star) and they can’t control the corporate decision making. But it’s almost impossible to enjoy this gym given the overcrowding. What a shame.

LA fitness sucks. Do not join. They money grab and are not transparent. Shame on you. I submitted a request to leave online in March and it said I had to stay for 2 more months due to their terms. Fine ok. But now 2 months later they hVe “no record” of my cancelation so I’m o the hook til July!?! What creeps.

I’ve been a regular at this gym for 2 years and it’s been a good gym. Since they closed the Roseville location, this location is insanely busy. There is no slow time. There is always at least 100 people in the weight room no mater the time of day.

Absolutely amazing! Military member here and was home visiting family for a week. The gym is a way for me to destress as sometimes family can trigger some anxiety. After speaking with the amazing staff, Darwin called me providing me with a 4 day pass. Means the world to me that this was accomplished so swiftly. Amazing team, amazing facility and amazing customer service.
