Been a member here for several years and it just keeps getting worse and worse! Old equipment horrible management and staff! Due to poor maintenance a machine broke while I was using it and they refuse to pay my medical expenses or time off of work! Do not go here!

It's okay place... equipment is old staff is nice, the showers are always out of soap and other things. Can't find a better gym than LifeTime Fitness, so you have to look past certain things.

Equipment is in good condition, lots of space. They don’t do a good job cleaning though. I just started coming back to lifetime, I’m not sure if they clean the men’s locker room? It’s been 3 weeks and the same stains are on every toilet. I can almost guarantee this area is not cleaned.

If I could leave no stars I would, I visited this location and this woman named Veera? was incredible rude and condescending. I can’t believe she is allowed to work with children. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, I hope this location gets their stuff together soon.

I like family swimming time. Warm water and lots of toys for children. There are also no breaks, children do not have to get out of the water for 10 minutes and wait.

This gym has everything I need. The staff is very friendly and helpful too! GM Scott is also a fantastic guy! Life Cafe is worth the money and does not disappoint! I definitely recommend this place to others.

I actually like this location much more than the Fridley one, it's more quiet and a smaller gym, they don't have a lot of the classes, racket ball, a basketball court, or a salon, but it is more kid friendly, nicer equipment, cleaner locker rooms. The sauna is coed and located in the pool area though. In hopes the staff sees this, I will say the men's steam room must be hitting unsafe decibel levels when you activate the steam.

Best location I ever been really good customer service! and making everything looks clean and shine. Always smiles and they don’t make things complicated to the members rules is rules and everyone be happy. I love it:)

The lifeguards are absolutely trash. They don’t do their jobs right. A bunch of kids were going into the lap pool and they were messing with my belongings. I could go to La fitness for half the price and the environment is so better.

The ultimate gym experience! You are treated like family here from the moment you walk through the door.So many choices between group classes, cardio equipment, free weights, and more. The locker room, showers, steam room, sauna, hot tub and pools are always immaculate. It is also the only gym that a 15-year-old can get his/her OWN membership.When you make the decision to make Life time fitness your gym, you won't ever want to leave! Spoiled!
