This is an amazing gym. The staff are all professional, knowledgeable, friendly! They go out of way to help you! The owner is a wealth of knowledge! Are adding new programs all the time, will be adding kick boxing classes soon! They make everyone feel comfortable and strive to make every experience positive. Honestly, I'm middle age man who has been to many gyms, this has been the best experience I have had at a gym. Walk thru door and you will be happy you did!!!

Employees have a love for fitness and making sure everyone has the best experience... they are friendly & helpful with any questions I had. The vibe in the gym is motivational. The music is loud and good workout music. Everyone comes in there to work hard. I drive about 30-35 mins because I really like this gym.
