The trainers here are some of the best people I’ve met, and know a great deal about their craft. You can tell they truly love what they do. I would highly recommend training here for anyone who likes group classes or open gyms to do independent weight training.

I have been attending classes at Crossfit Alces for almost 2 years now. I have added 15-20 lbs of muscle mass, shed some extra weight, but more importantly I have gained a good fund of knowledge about how to properly move my body to avoid injury! On top of all of this, I have met a great community of people spanning several decades of life, some of whom have become very close friends! Thank you CF Alces!

I have been part of the Alces family for 5 years! I am stronger than I have ever been and look forward to every day at 5:15 a.m.! Alces has the most supportive coaching staff and athletes! The environment is great for whatever level of training you desire. I highly recommend you check it out.
