This community is amazing! We are people from Roseville, and surrounding areas. We comprise all backgrounds: mothers, fathers, grandmothers, grandfathers, teachers, health care providers, police officers, first responders, clergy, veterans and active duty military, pilots, speech-language pathologists, physical and occupational therapists, special education teachers, early childhood educators and so much much more. This business contributes to our Roseville community. I’m incredibly proud to be a part of a community of health focused, philanthropic people!

Best Crossfit gym in the Twin Cities IMO. Very competitive, but welcoming atmosphere. Excellent kids space, outdoor rig, turf and sleds, worms, All the cardio equipment, and one of the nicer Oly spaces around. Must visit for traveling CrossFit peoples
